I managed to catch a couple of smiles on camera today. Simon started smiling last week and sometimes it sounds like he is actually laughing. The funniest thing to watch is when he is laughing and smiling while dreaming. It makes me wonder what he is dreaming about...breastfeeding??? LOL!!Simon was weighed and measured yesterday at his final midwife checkup. At 6-1/2 weeks, he weighs 14 lbs 2 oz and is 62 cm (24.5 inches) long. I was told he is the size of a 3 month old. I guess that explains why all of his clothing is 3-6 months already. He's going to be a big boy!

Just peeking at your blog-- he's the same size in height and weight at 6 weeks as Brennagh was at almost 5 months!! (I know she's wee!) They're both SO cute! Glad to hear the adjustment of another little pickle is going well!
